Kuehne+Nagel promotes women in logistics in event at Mumbai

Diversity in general is a key element that will unlock the potential of our company and we really have that as part of our strategy,” said David Roussiere, MD Kuehne+Nagel, India, Sri Lanka and Maldives recently in an event organised by the company focusing on gender diversity and inclusion titled “Generating The Ripple Effect For Change”, in Mumbai. The event brought together Kuehne+Nagel’s leadership along with Women leaders and talents from diverse fields to celebrate and share their inspirational tales. Ms. Kalyani Raj, President, AIWC, Ms. Alankrutha Attaluri, Joint Revenue Commissioner Mumbai and Ms. Dhara Lakhwani from Kellogg’s addressed the audience with keynote speeches. Kuehne+Nagel leadership highlighted the company’s initiatives and ongoing projects related to D&I. The event also had insightful panel discussions around, experiencing discriminatory practices in workspaces and measures taken to break the biases.
