Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru and Hyderabad account for 60 per cent of logistics leasing: CBRE
Logistics leasing activity in India has reached a high of 33 million square feet, increasing by more than 30 percent on an annual basis, according to the report released by CBRE. Bengaluru, NCR and Mumbai accounted for about 60 per cent of the overall space take-up during the year. In line with the annual trend, the second half of 2019 also recorded historic leasing activity, with about 18 million square feet of space take-up; an increase of about 20 percent compared to H1 2019.
