The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA) has partnered with logistics startup network HAUS61 to help promote and develop entrepreneurship in the global airfreight sector. TIACA has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with HAUS61 as it hopes to create new opportunities for collaboration between established industry leaders and innovative startups, said an official LinkedIn Post.

Tushar Jani, Group Chairman, Cargo Service Center (CSC) Group of Companies, has been elected Co-Vice Chair of The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA), marking a significant milestone for Indian logistics leadership on the global stage. Jani joins Emir Pineda of the Miami-Dade Aviation Department as Co-Vice Chair, supporting newly appointed Chair Roos Bakker of ICTS Europe. Jani’s appointment reflects his decades-long commitment to transforming India’s logistics and aviation sectors. With over 50 years of visionary leadership, Jani has been instrumental in shaping the industry through innovation, policy advocacy, and infrastructure development. He helped establish India’s first private air cargo carrier and revolutionised express logistics in the country. His contributions have been pivotal in modernising India’s air cargo ecosystem through public-private partnerships and strategic policy frameworks. “I am deeply honoured to join TIACA’s leadership team at such a pivotal time for global air cargo,” said Jani. “This role is not just a recognition of my journey, but a reflection of India’s growing voice in shaping the future of international logistics. I look forward to working collaboratively with industry leaders across the world to drive innovation, sustainability, and inclusive growth.”
