The newer generations or new comers may not be aware. It’s time, according to me to herald a new era at ACAAI which would include Inclusivity, Collaborations, increase Women participation, bring new energy by way of fresh ideas from next-gen as well as new entrepreneurs, have ACAAI get into trainings especially Dangerous Goods by having own trainers but most importantly Transparent Workings, Increased Team Work, have Women on the Board both at National as well as Regional levels and strengthen our relationships with all stakeholders not limiting ourselves to anyone or anything as long as within the purview of the Association guidelines. Just like people and companies evolve, Associations need to also so that energies are harnessed and continue to remain fresh. It is simple: collective effort, steady progress, and fostering a team that works together to strengthen the air cargo industry alongwith expanding ACAAI’s presence in regions where there is no presence. With a strong leadership that we have with our current President and MC, we should be able to achieve and do many good things.”
